Rating of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers
Determining the ratings of scientific and pedagogical staff is an important mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of their work, aimed at stimulating professional development, improving the quality of teaching and research. This process provides an objective and transparent assessment of the achievements of teachers and researchers, which contributes to the improvement of the educational environment and the development of innovative approaches in teaching.
The teachers of our college are constantly improving their skills, which allows them to stay at the forefront of educational technologies and ensure a high level of the educational process.
Evaluation criteria
The main criteria taken into account when determining the ratings are:
Research and development activities
Quantity and quality of scientific publications, participation in international and national conferences, implementation of research projects, obtaining grants.
Educational and methodical activities
The quality of teaching, the development of new curricula and methodological materials, the use of modern educational technologies.
Organizational and management activities
Participation in the work of departments, faculties, scientific councils, organization and conduct of educational and scientific events.
Innovation activity
Introduction of the latest approaches in the educational process, creation of new educational products, active participation in the development of the college.
Scoring Methodology
The rating of scientific and pedagogical staff is formed on the basis of scoring for each of the above criteria. Each teacher scores a certain number of points depending on their achievements in each field. These points are then summed up, and a rating is formed based on the overall result.
Periodicity of determination
Ratings of academic staff are determined on a regular basis, usually once a year. This allows educators to have a clear picture of their accomplishments and areas for improvement.
Impact of Ranking
Rating indicators can have an impact on decisions about the career growth of teachers, including promotions, awards, incentives and recommendations for participation in prestigious scientific events. In addition, a high rating is a confirmation of the professionalism and successful activity of the teacher, which helps to strengthen his reputation among both students and colleagues.
Transparency and accessibility
The results of the rankings are transparent and available for review by all stakeholders, including administration, teachers and students. This helps to increase trust in the assessment process and encourages teachers to continuously improve themselves.
